Host No-Show

If you pay for an upcoming event, stream, or one-on-one call, and the host does not show up or fails to provide the paid service, you are eligible for a full refund.

Platform Failures

If a technical issue on our end prevents the event from taking place, you may also be eligible for a full or partial refund (determined on a case-by-case basis).

2. No Refund Situations

Completed Events

Once an event or call has successfully taken place and you attended, no refund will be issued (unless there are extenuating circumstances determined by the Platform at its sole discretion).

User's Technical Issues

We are not responsible for user-side technical difficulties (e.g., poor internet connection, incompatible devices).
