2. The Platform & Services

What We Do

• The Platform allows creators and professionals to monetize their content or expertise via paid live streams, pay-per-view events, and one-on-one audio or private calls.
• Participants pay to access or join these events, while hosts earn revenue based on ticket sales.

Naira & Crypto Earnings

• Naira: If you wish to receive payouts in Naira, you must provide your National Identification Number (NIN) and other required KYC (Know Your Customer) details.
• Cryptocurrency: If you prefer to receive payouts in stable coins (e.g., USDT, USDC), you do not need to provide an NIN. You do, however, need to provide a valid crypto wallet address.

Platform Fees

The Platform charges fees for its services. These fees cover operational costs, maintenance, and development of the platform. For detailed information about our current fee structure, please visit our pricing page or contact support.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent and warrant that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Platform.
• Account Creation: You must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password. Additional information may be required if you wish to earn on the Platform.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must promptly notify [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Verification: Naira payouts require KYC completion, including NIN. Crypto payouts only require a valid crypto wallet address.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and when requested.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
• Do not engage in fraud, harassment, hate speech, or activities that violate the law or these Terms.
• Do not attempt to circumvent our fees or technical measures.
• Take responsibility for content you create, broadcast, or share via the Platform.

5. Payments & Earnings

• Payment Methods: Attendees can pay in Naira or crypto. Hosts can withdraw in Naira (requires NIN) or crypto.
• Currency & Crypto: Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of crypto transactions, including value fluctuations and technical issues.
• Taxes: Users are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

• Platform IP: All logos, trademarks, software code, and design elements are owned by or licensed to United Castles Limited.
• User IP: You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display and distribute it for Platform operations.
• Sharing: Users may only share content with explicit permission from the content owner.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not endorse or guarantee accuracy of information provided by hosts or participants.
• Our liability is limited to fees received from you in the six months preceding any claim.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notifications.
